Guarantee of a secure power supply
Secure power with highest availability is one of the most important points in the
computer server room or data center.
The hardware of a data center is prone to technical failures. Especially the power supply
is a critical issue. In addition, hardware damage and data loss can occur due to electromagnetic
fields, which severely disrupt data transmission.
Approximately 30% of all computer, network, industrial and automation application data
processing damage is caused by disturbances in the power supply system, most of them by
voltage peaks, overvoltages, undervoltages and total failures.
We install electrical cabling and power distribution for IT systems according to ÖVE/ÖNORM E 8001.
Conductor rails
Secure power with maximum availability is one
of the most important points in the computer server
room or data center.
Power failures due to wrong or inferior fuses and
electrical cables are unfortunately still a major
problem in IT systems.
The electrical cabling and power distribution in the data center includes
- electrical distribution cabinet equipped with selective IT circuit breaker with IT circuit breaker with integrated residual current device
- external bypass switch to completely disconnect a UPS during operation (for service work)
- the circuits are wired to 19" socket strips or CE-couplings up to the server racks
- overvoltage protection type B,C
- complete equipotential bonding system for the server racks
- all legally required acceptance measurements and plant log book according to E 8001 or IEC 60364
- a sufficiently planned reserve area in the distributor
Together with our USV systems we deliver safe and reliable
IT power for the highest availability of your systems.
For this purpose we use pure EDV electrical components
according to current standards and regulations
(E 8001 in Austria or IEC 60364 international).
Electrical Cabling
The electrical cabling and power distribution in the server rack includes:
- 19" power boxes equipped with selective IT circuit breakers with residual current release
- external bypass switch to completely disconnect a UPS during operation (for service work)
- the circuits are prepared on 19" socket strips or CE-couplings up to the server connection points
- overvoltage protection type B,C
- etc.
