A fail-safe, controlled room temperature is one of the most important things in cata center.
Every server needs an adequately dimensioned air conditioning system if the data center is to remain highly available. A proper interaction between air conditioning - ventilation - data rack design is necessary to enable a reasonable cooling. The best way to achieve this is with an oversized air conditioning system (which we usually implement redundantly) and partially open server racks. Since our security cells are dust-tight, it is possible to equip all server racks with perforated doors or side walls and to ventilate them via a common air conditioning system. Fans in the data racks are not necessary.

Variable solutions cold/hot aisle
The use of enclosures to separate the cold and hot aisles significantly increases energy efficiency within the data center.
Since every project is individual, we adapt our enclosures flexibly to the conditions on site. Retrofits in existing data centers are possible.
Noise protection constructions for air conditioning systems
Increasingly higher requirements of communities, stricter noise
regulations and sensitive neighbors make a constructional and
material-technical high-quality sound insulation necessary for
the fulfillment of the guidelines and for the long-term preservation
of the equipments function.
The construction offers an increased protection of the installed
devices, also against vandalism and curious glances from worried
neighbors.
REACH regulation
The Reach Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 regulates aspects such as
- possible registration obligations when importing refrigerants into the EU
- the preparation of safety data sheets for refrigerants, which must be in German
- further restrictions and approval requirements for refrigerants
